  • White Oak Timber Frame

These modified hammer beam trusses were cut out of original sawn reclaimed white oak from the late 1800’s. Given the natural irregularities of each piece and needing to leave the original sawn face, each timber needed to be scribed to achieve the tight joinery. This house is a hybrid timber frame home combining traditional timber framing with modern conventional building practices.

This custom built home is a absolute stunner. The crisp S4S Doug Fir hammer beam trusses combined with our custom high efficiency wall panels define this unique home. The exterior of the home was cladded with prefinished cedar shakes, trimmed in mahogany and given copper flashing and gutters to really set it apart.

  • Modern Doug Fir Farmhouse

We supplied both the timber frame and the conventional framing on this commercial project. This modern farmhouse was built as a hybrid using both authentic timber frame and conventional framing methods.

Our Services

  • We can use on of our already built designs or start fresh with your one of a kind design. We start by incorporate your initial thoughts and designs into a 3 dimensional architectural model. Through a series of revisions and alterations you can see your project take shape. Custom home building is our specialty and our goal is to bring your vision to life. That’s what we’re here for!

  • Working with a single contractor for your entire project can save you significant time and money. There’s much more involved in the initial construction phase than just the foundation. We need to establish elevations, bring in utilities from the road, and in rural areas install a septic system and well. By managing all these services together, we can minimize costly mistakes and avoid delays

  • In a constant effort to provide the best product to our customers in the most efficient manner we execute much of our work at our shop. This provides a superior product compared to typical onsite construction, while also helping us to streamline the build once we start. Besides having the timber frame components ready for install we also prefabricate many of the conventional components prior to the start of construction. This includes building high efficiency wall sections with rigid insulation panels attached as well as precutting rafters, headers and anything else we can get a head start on. This greatly helps to minimize the time your home is susceptible to weather elements
